About us
Working With RankReign
What does RankReign do?
RankReign builds lead generation systems for U.S. home service contractors. We combine local SEO, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, conversion-focused websites, lead tracking, CRM follow-up and social media marketing, then measure the results in qualified leads and booked work.
Who do you work with?
Residential home service businesses such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, electrical, painting, landscaping and exterior contractors. We work best with established businesses that want more control over where their work comes from.
Do you work with new businesses?
Sometimes. A brand-new business can benefit from setting up the right foundations early, but expectations need to be realistic. We’ll talk it through on the strategy call.

Getting More Contractor Leads
Where do contractors find leads?
Most contractors use some mix of five sources. Referrals and repeat customers. Google Business Profile and the map pack. Google Ads and Local Services Ads. Lead marketplaces like Angi or Thumbtack. And their own website. Four of those five are yours. The marketplace is rented, and the same enquiry usually goes to several contractors at once.
How much do contractors pay for leads?
It varies widely by trade, market and source, so be careful with any single figure you see quoted. The number that matters is what you pay for a lead that turns into a booked job. A cheap shared lead you win one time in eight can cost more per job than a dearer exclusive one you win one time in three.
Is paying for leads worth it?
Sometimes. It depends on what you are buying. Paying a platform for a shared lead means competing on speed and price with other contractors who got the same enquiry. Paying to generate your own enquiries costs more up front and builds something you keep. Plenty of contractors run both, then move budget toward whichever produces cheaper booked work.
What is a good cost per lead for a contractor?
There is no universal number, and anyone who gives you one without asking about your business is guessing. A roof replacement lead and a drain cleaning lead are worth very different amounts, so they justify very different costs. The useful benchmark is your own. Track cost per qualified lead by source, then compare it against your average job value and your close rate.
How do I get more contractor leads?
Usually by fixing the leak before adding more traffic. Check three things first. Whether your Google Business Profile shows up for the searches that matter. Whether your website turns visits into calls. Whether enquiries get a fast reply. Most contractors find at least one of those is losing work they have already paid to attract.
Results
Leads and Results
Are your leads exclusive?
Yes. We don’t sell shared leads. Enquiries come from marketing built for your business, so homeowners are contacting you directly.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, lead volume or revenue, because search engines, competitors and markets change. We commit to clear plans, transparent reporting and acting on the data.
How quickly will I see enquiries?
Paid search and Local Services Ads can produce enquiries soon after they go live and are approved. Local SEO builds over months. We’ll give you realistic expectations for your market.
How do you measure success?
Mainly by qualified leads and cost per qualified lead, and by booked jobs and revenue where you share outcomes. Clicks and rankings are useful signals, not the result.
Pricing
Pricing and Ownership
How much does RankReign cost?
It depends on the services you need, your market and your goals. After a strategy call we send a written proposal with a clear monthly fee and exactly what it includes.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms like Google and Meta, through accounts in your name. Our fee covers strategy, setup and management.
Who owns my accounts and data?
You do. Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics, website and tracking are set up in your business’s name and stay with you.
Services
Services
Which service should I start with?
That depends on where your best jobs come from and where enquiries are being lost. Many contractors start with Google Ads or Local Services Ads plus tracking, because they show results and data quickly, then add local SEO and website improvements.
Can you work with my existing website?
Often, yes. We’ll review it and recommend improvements or a rebuild only if it’s the better investment.
Do you work with my CRM?
We prefer to work with the CRM or job management tool you already use, as long as it can record lead source and status.
