This Privacy Policy explains what information RankReign (“we”, “us”) collects through rankreign.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We have kept it short and specific to how this website actually works.

When you send an enquiry or request a strategy call, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• Your name, business name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number and website
• Your industry, service area and answers about your marketing, challenges and budget
• Any message you write
• Your confirmation that we may contact you about the enquiry, with the date and time

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your email.

Information Collected Automatically

• Marketing attribution. To understand which of our marketing brought you to the site, a small script stores the page you first visited, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or gclid) in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days. This information is sent to us only if you submit the enquiry form.
• Security and server logs. Our hosting provider and security software record technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to keep the site secure and working. Our enquiry form uses a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; we do not store your IP address with your enquiry.
• Analytics. At the time of this update, this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy before they are switched on.

How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call
• To prepare for that call, for example by reviewing your website and public Google presence
• To keep records of enquiries and how our marketing performs
• To protect the website and our enquiry form from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors or lead buyers.

Who Else Handles Your Information

• Website hosting (Hostinger), which stores the website and its database, including enquiries
• Email, used to notify us of new enquiries and to reply to you
• Scheduling: if you book a call through an embedded calendar, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship. If an enquiry does not lead to working together, we delete it within 24 months, sooner if you ask.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@rankreign.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests in line with the law that applies to you.

You can clear the attribution data stored in your browser at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Security

Enquiries are stored privately in our website’s database and are accessible only to administrators. We use HTTPS, keep software up to date and limit access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
